Dante Chrysanthemum is a decorative part that decorates the square part of the “1/4 Unit Basic.” It is decorated using adhesive.

The 1/4 Unit can be used to create various polyhedrons, but Dante Chrysanthemum can only be used to decorate shapes that include squares.

In other words, it cannot be used to decorate polyhedrons such as the icosahedron, which is composed entirely of equilateral triangles, or the dodecahedron, which is composed entirely of regular pentagons.

The folding method for Dante Chrysanthemum is very simple, with only about four folding steps. Since adhesive is used, both decoration and assembly are easy. It is recommended not only for beginners but also for those who are considering trying to make a kusudama for the first time.

Decorating with tassels or fringe can make the kusudama even more luxurious. By the way, the sample work does not have tassels, but a bell is hidden inside.



ダンテ菊は『1/4ユニット基本』の四角形の部分を装飾するデコレーションパーツです。 接着剤を使って、装飾します。
1/4ユニットは、いろいろな多面体を作ることができますが、ダンテ菊が活躍できる多面体は正方形が含まれている形のみ。
つまり、全体が正三角形のみで構成される正二十面体や、全体が正五角形のみで構成される正十二面体などは、装飾することができません。
ダンテ菊の折り方は非常にシンプルで、折りの動作は4工程くらいです。接着剤を使うので装飾も、組み立ても簡単。ビギナーの方はもちろん、くす玉をこれからやってみよう。と思われている方にも、オススメです。

かざり房やタッセルなどで飾ると、より豪華なくす玉になります。ちなみに、見本の作品は、かざり房はついていませんが、中にそっと鈴を忍ばせています。
