MEMO

These are variations of the Norimaki Unit. Each part consists of two pieces of different sizes.
No adhesive is needed when combining the two pieces into one part, nor when assembling the parts into the whole.

Guru-guru Nonoji curls sideways, but the curl pattern is freeform. Like the work “Usou henge”, it can play around with it in various ways.

The work’s name, ‘Nonoji’, means the character “の” (no) in Japanese. I noticed the “の” while looking at photos of the work.

のり巻きユニットのバリエーションです。ひとつのパーツはサイズの違うふたつの部品からできています。
ふたつの部品を組み合わせてひとつのパーツを作るときも、パーツを全体に組むときも、接着剤は必要ありません。

ぐるぐるののじは、横にカールしていますが、カールの仕方は自由です。有相変化のように、いろいろと遊べます。

作品名の『ののじ』は、”の”の字という意味。作品の写真を見てるときに”の”を発見したので。
