Triple time / 三拍子（さんびょうし）

MEMO

This is a variation of “With Passacaglia’s steps” where the folding width is divided into three equal parts.

In the original work, the visible colored places were narrow, but in this version, they are the same width as the height of the parts.

A beautiful star shape also emerges where the five pieces are gathering.



『パッサカリアのステップで』の折り幅を、ちょうど三等分してみました。元の作品ではパーツの色の見えている部分が細かったのですが、この作品では、パーツの高さと同じ幅になっています。
パーツが5つ集まる部分にも、きれいな星形が浮かび上がりました。

Small Triple time / 小さな三拍子（さんびょうし）

MEMO

This is a variation work based on “with Passacaglia’s steps,” created using paper with a width-to-length ratio of 3:2.

The length of the parts is the sum of the two connecting places (joints), resulting in the smallest possible piece.
It is structurally impossible to create pieces with a smaller ratio than this.

Conversely, there are no particular restrictions on creating larger lengths; for example, 3:4 or 3:5.



『パッサカリアのステップで』を幅：長さ=3：2の紙で折った作品。パーツの長さは、パーツを繋ぐ2箇所の接合部分（ジョイント部分）を合わせた長さで、最小の作品になります。これ以上の比率の小さな作品は構造上、作ることができません。

逆に長さを大きくする場合は特に制限なく作ることができます。例えば、3：4や3：5など。
