Magic bloom “Hime” and “Hoshino-hitomi” / マジックブルーム「姫」「星の瞳」

MEMO

Both works were created in 2008 and are among my very favorites in the Magic Bloom series.

After all the parts are assembled, the flower will bloom.

“Hime” is a variety of miniature rose. “Hoshi no-Hitomi” is also a miniature rose. It is a small yellow single-petaled rose.



両作品とも2008年の創作で、マジックブルームシリーズの中でもとても気に入っている作品。

マジックブルームシリーズの面白いところは、組み上がったばかりの形はどこにでも転がっている何の変哲も無い多面体なのに、魔法をかけると、そこから、ポコポコ、ポコポコ、と花が咲くところ。

完成された形を眺めるのも癒されますが、作る過程が一番楽しい作品です。

姫はミニ薔薇の一品種。星の瞳もミニ薔薇の一品種。黄色いひとえ咲きの小さなバラです。
