Magic bloom “Hana-hana” and “Utsuroi” / マジックブルーム「花はな」「うつろい」

These are variations of the Magic Bloom series. It is a clay-based work, and the shape of the petals resembles “Dianthus shinanensis”.

The body part of “Hana-hana” is folded in a different way to make the part between the two petals stand out.

I didn’t have time to draw it on the diagram, but it is a simple fold, so if you stare at it carefully, you may be able to find how it is folded.

The names of the works, “Hana-hana” and “Utsuroi” are both actual varieties of Dianthus.



マジックブルームシリーズのバリエーションです。クレイ系の作品で、花弁の形は信濃撫子（しなのなでしこ）に似ています。

『花はな』のボディ部分は、ふたつある花弁の間にある部分を目立たせるために、折り方を工夫しています。時間がなかったので、折り図には掲載していませんが、シンプルな折り方なので、よぉーくにらめっこすると、どう折っているかわかるかも。です。

作品名の「花はな」「うつろい」は、どちらも実際にある撫子の品種です。
