計算できないのは酔ってるせいじゃねぇ / I can not count a bill drunk??
I’ve visited Mpshalia restaurant which is in Tbilisi 5 times so far since I’ve been here.
All prices of food are super cheap with included tax, in addition, staffs ask me the bills that different from the menu prices as cheaper all the time.
I don’t understand how they count prices…(Not because I was drunk!!)
Food taste is just like a Georgian food, not bad, but all are salty a bit for me.
Elarji is one of interesting Georgian food made from coarse cornmeal, cornflour, and Sulguni cheese.
it’s a center food in photo at the top.
It reminds me “Aligot” which is a dish in France.
“Auberge” is misspelling as Aubergine in the menu, in either case, I didn’t understand what it is in the first.
I think almost Japanese use “Eggplant”.
トビリシに来てからすぐの頃にこのお店を知り、すでに5回ほど通っているレストラン「Mapshalia」。
すべてのメニューがちょー安い。しかも税込み。さらにお会計は毎回どんぶり勘定。
私はそのお勘定がどのようにカウントされているのか、いまだにさっぱり分からない。

この上の写真は5回目の時のもの。
彼らはハウスワイン入れるのに6リットルの水のペットボトルを再利用していて、それをデキャンタなんぞに注いでテーブルに運んでいる。
が、私のときはどうもデキャンタがなかったらしく、コンテナに積んであったジュースの空き瓶を無造作に掴んで、その中にワインを入れて持ってきたんだな。
確かにこのジュースの瓶は500mlだけど、
適当すぎるだろっ!!!
思いっきし、心の中でツッコミを入れた。
さらにこのお会計の時のこと。
お勘定を聞いて首をかしげながら「やっぱりどんぶり勘定だな。」とお財布を覗くと、20GEL札と1GELコインととその他じゃり銭しかなかった。
お会計は12.5GELだ。小銭でぴったりお支払いというにはわずかに足りない。
「惜しいな」と思っていたら、会計のスタッフさんが
「Don’t worry.（心配無用）」
と一言。私の持っていた20GEL札と小銭をがさっとぜんぶ鷲掴み。
計算もせず、さっと10GEL札を返してくれた。
おぉぉぉぉーぃっ!!! まじかよっ!!!
ほんとうに目が点。
呆れるというか、ここまで来るともう、あっぱれ!!
しか無い。
正直、ジョージア料理はしょっぱいし、飽きたけど（ベジタリアンの私にとっては、あまり食べるものがないんだな）、まぁ、ジョージアを離れる前にはもう一度くるよ。
なんてな。
