This work is “Horus” model connected by “La Folia Variations: Rhombus.”

While the folding process for the original Horus is quite challenging, this version—assembled using the Folia variation—is straightforward.

Although it cannot be embellished with decorative parts like its variant, “Haroeris,” it has a charming quality: a crease forming a “waist” in the center of each unit gives it a shape reminiscent of a butterfly.

“Horus” is the god of the sky and kingship in Egyptian mythology.

アラベスクジョイントでつなぐホルスをフォリア変奏曲：菱（ひし）でつないだ作品です。
オリジナルのホルスの折り工程は、なかなかの難易度ですが、フォリア変奏曲でつなぐこの作品は、結構さっぱりしています。

亜型のハロエリスのようにデコレーションパーツで飾ることはできませんが、パーツの真ん中にくびれのような折りが入って、蝶のような形になるのが、魅力的だなと。

『ホルス』はエジプト神話に出てくる天空、王権の神さま。
