Super INDO のロゴマークの謎 / A mystery of the logo mark of Super INDO
12 days have passed since I came to Jakarta, Indonesia. As usual, I’m enjoying living at the inside of the room, sometimes go out to go shopping to a grocery store.
ホストさんちから徒歩10分（私の足で）のところに、ショッピングモールがある。
マレーシアで通ったショッピングモールとよく似ていて、Watsons とか NIMISO とか同じお店もあったり。
そして、地下にはグロッサリーストア。私の目的はいつもここ。
しっぽが S 字のライオン / A lion having a tail which is a letter “S”
There is a shopping mall nearby, It’s around 10 minutes on my foot and the grocery store is in the basement.
The name is Super INDO.
When I saw the Lion of this supermarket logo mark, I noticed it was similar to another supermarket which was in Belgrade, Serbia.
このグロッサリーストアの名前は「Super INDO」。
はじめてこのお店を見た時、ロゴマークのライオンが気になった。
「あれ、これどっかで見たな…。確か、セルビアのMAXI（←セルビアで通ったグロッサリーストア）もこんな感じのライオンくんだったな。」
MAXIのロゴマーク / The logomark of Super MAXI
Super MAXI is a grocery store I used to go shopping.
Then I searched “Super MAXI” and saw its web site.
I found that it was not “similar”, it was the exact same.
I very wondered,
“Is the lion logo mark so popular in the world??
But what about the trademark right ??
Is it possible to be like a pattern of ASANOHA in Japan??”
ASANOHA doesn’t have any trademark right also copyright.
ネットでMAXIを検索すると、出てきたロゴマーク。
“似てる” んじゃねぇ。
まるっきし、同じじゃね??
このライオンって、そんな人気なんか??
いや、いくら人気でも、商標権とかあるよな??
このライオンくん、ひょっとしたら「麻の葉」みたいなもんなんか??
さらに出てきたライオンロゴ / Another Super Food Lion
These lions were on my mind, I searched more about it.
Then I found one more the Lion mark at another supermarket.
The name is “Food Lion”, which is in U.S.A.
I was super confused.
“Is this lion so cute as to be used by three companies????”
かなり気になったので、ライオンのロゴマークを検索し続けること数分。
さらにもうひとつのライオンを発見。
アメリカにある 「Food Lion」。
3社とも同じロゴ???
一体、どうなっちょる???
3社が同じロゴマークの訳 / The reason for the same logos in three companies.
But a reason was found soon. It was so simple.
Indo in Indonesia, MAXI in Serbia and Food lion in U. S. A are operated by the same company whose the name is Ahold Delhaize in Dutch.
答えはすぐに見つかった。
どうやらこの3つのスーパーマーケット
- Super INDO （インドネシア）
- Super MAXI （セルビア）
- Food Lion （アメリカ）
は、同じ会社が運営しているらしい。
名前はアホールド・デレーズ。しかもオランダの会社。
たとえば、マクドナルドとかケンタッキーなんぞのファストフード店とか、31アイスクリームとか、ピザハットとか。
そういうのは世界中どこでも見かける。
でも、違う国でスーパーマーケットが同じ会社っちゅうのは初めてだ。
しかも、セルビアとインドネシア。
よくぞ、私が滞在するホストさんちの近くにあったもんだな。と感動しきり。
この際だから、アメリカの 「Food Lion」 にも行ってみたいもんだな。
