Summary / 作品概要

“Arabesque-joint” is a method to connect parts that insert a flap into a pocket and locked the joint place so that not to come them off easily by adding a fold at the joint place.

“Arabesqueen-joint” is a method that the size of this locking part is into half of “Arabesque-joint”. That’s all and there are no other differences in all folding processes of original works. But this small difference makes looks of completion work big change.

The word “Arabesqueen” is a coined word by me(Mio).



「アラベスクジョイント」とは『フラップをポケットに差し込み、ジョイント部分に折りを加えてロックする』というジョイント方法です。
そして「アラベスクィーンジョイント」は、この”折りを加える”部分の大きさがアラベスクジョイントの半分になったものです。それ以外、全体の折り方に全く変化はありません。
ただそれだけですが、仕上がる作品の見栄えはびっくりするほど変化します。

「アラベスクィーン」は、私(つがわみお)の造った造語です。
